No. The internal battery lasts up to four months at a 10-minute interval, and an external solar panel keeps the camera running for the life of the project.
We check 4G coverage during viewpoint planning. Where it is weak, cameras can connect over Wi-Fi through a site router, and we plan placement around the signal.
